- 1. No Refund After Project Go-Live
Once the project has been marked as “live” or delivered as per the agreed scope, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. - 2. Pre-Live Demonstration
Before accepting payment, we provide a complete demo of the product/project to ensure the client fully understands the features, design, and functionality. - 3. Approval Before Payment
Clients are required to review and approve the demo before making the final payment. This approval confirms that the project meets expectations. - 4. Refund Before Go-Live (If Applicable)
If the project is canceled before the go-live stage and significant development has not yet been done, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, after deducting work hours and resource costs. - 5. Non-Refundable Services
Payments made for services like domain registration, hosting, licensing, and third-party integrations are non-refundable. - 6. Chargebacks and Disputes
