    Once the project has been marked as “live” or delivered as per the agreed scope, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

    Before accepting payment, we provide a complete demo of the product/project to ensure the client fully understands the features, design, and functionality.

  3. 3. Approval Before Payment
    Clients are required to review and approve the demo before making the final payment. This approval confirms that the project meets expectations.

  4. 4. Refund Before Go-Live (If Applicable)
    If the project is canceled before the go-live stage and significant development has not yet been done, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, after deducting work hours and resource costs.

  5. 5. Non-Refundable Services
    Payments made for services like domain registration, hosting, licensing, and third-party integrations are non-refundable.

    Raising unwarranted disputes or chargebacks after project completion is considered a violation of our agreement and may lead to legal action.
